By registering or using Comerza, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
3. Plans and Payments
Prices are published on our Plans section. Comerza offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel your subscription anytime without penalties. Prices may be subject to change with 30 days prior notice.
4. Usage Restrictions
The following are prohibited: (a) Using the service for illegal activities; (b) Attempting to access other users' accounts; (c) Reverse engineering or copying our software; (d) Overloading our servers with malicious traffic.
5. Limitation of Liability
COMERZA DOES NOT GUARANTEE 100% SERVICE AVAILABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMERZA'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA LOSSES CAUSED BY USER MISMANAGEMENT OR CYBERATTACKS.
6. Account Suspension
Comerza reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that: (a) Violate these terms; (b) Engage in fraudulent activities; (c) Fail to make corresponding payments; (d) Abuse the service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and trademarks of Comerza are the exclusive property of Comerza. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.
8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and the State of California, USA (for operations in San Francisco, CA). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Acapulco, Guerrero or San Francisco (CA), as applicable.
